Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases on the Street Lab websites (streetlab.eu.com and streetlab.us.com) by consumers. The contract may be concluded in English or Spanish. We will email you a copy of these terms with your order confirmation and keep it on file.

3. Products and prices

Each product has a tech sheet with material, measurements and origin. Prices are in euros and include applicable Spanish/EU VAT. Shipping costs are shown before payment and detailed in Shipping and returns. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes of the destination country may apply; they are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

4. How to order

1. Choose product and size and add it to your cart.
2. In the cart, accept these terms and press "Checkout".
3. Enter shipping and payment details on Simpler's secure checkout, where you see the total including shipping before confirming.
4. Confirming the order creates an obligation to pay. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary.

You can review and correct your details at every step before confirming.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Simpler, an external payment provider, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other method shown at checkout. Street Lab never sees or stores your full card details. You are charged when you confirm the order.

6. Availability

We produce in short runs. If a size sells out while you are paying, we will let you know and, if you have already been charged, refund you in full within 14 days at the latest.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and prices by zone are in Shipping and returns. Unless stated otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of confirming your order at the latest. If we cannot meet that deadline we will tell you, and you may cancel with a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal: 30 days

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. This extends the 14 days required by law.

To withdraw, email [EMAIL DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE] with your order number or use the withdrawal form at the end of this page. We will send you a prepaid return label: returns are free.

We will refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you show proof of having sent it.

You may try the product as you would in a shop. If it is returned used beyond what is needed to check its nature and how it works (for example, a wetsuit worn in the water or a board with signs of use), we may deduct the corresponding loss in value.

Withdrawal does not apply to products delivered with a hygiene seal that has been removed, where stated on the product page.

9. Exchanges

If you need a different size, say so when requesting the return and we will send the new size, subject to availability, free of charge.

10. Warranty

All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under Spanish consumer law (articles 114 onwards, TRLGDCU). If a product is faulty, email [EMAIL DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE] and we will offer repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund. We cover shipping costs related to warranty claims.

11. Customer service and complaints

Contact us at [EMAIL DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE], Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Madrid time). We will answer complaints as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. Official complaint forms are available on request.

Street Lab is not currently a member of any alternative consumer dispute resolution body.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence that are more favourable to you. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
