Delivery times start when we confirm your order. We will email you a tracking number. Surfboards and bulky orders may have their own times and prices, shown on the product page.

Outside the EU (United States and rest of world): the recipient may have to pay import duties and taxes on delivery. These are not included in the price.

Returns: 30 days, free

  1. Email [EMAIL DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE] with your order number within 30 days of receiving it.
  2. We send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the product with its tags and hand it to the carrier.
  4. We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.
